Washington Sustainable Growth Alliance Member News
The ULI Terwilliger Center for Workforce Housing joined the Washington Sustainable Growth Alliance in 2009. Since that time, we have worked with the Center to promote the production of "workforce housing" - housing that serves households with incomes from 60% to 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) throughout the region, primarily through the Workforce Housing Recognition category offered as part of our Smart and Sustainable Growth Recognition Program.
Beginning in 2010, the Alliance and the Terwilliger Center have jointly awarded this special recognition to a number of development proposals in the region. See our Recognized Smart Growth Projects page for more information on these innovative development proposals. |
